This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through Talon, operated by Havik Labs (Pvt) Ltd. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms of this policy.
We encourage all prospective customers to make use of our free trial before subscribing. The trial period exists so you can fully evaluate the Service before any payment is required.
All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a monthly plan:
If you purchase an annual subscription, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not exceeded 1,000 conversations during that period.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day window, your access will continue until the end of the annual period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining months.
Talon offers a free trial period to all new accounts. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We do not offer refunds on the basis that a customer was unaware of the trial converting to a paid subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue.
We understand that genuine issues can arise. We will consider refund or credit requests in the following circumstances:
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at kavishma@kiwi-money.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We will review each request individually and respond within 5 business days.
Havik Labs reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. The existence of this clause does not constitute a general right to a refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website at runtalon.com/refund. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
